approach

My two significant growth and efficiency improvement pillars are Client centricity and Digitization.
My two significant growth and efficiency improvement pillars are Client centricity and Digitization.
CLIENT CENTRICITY:
Understanding client needs is a starting point for any change effort. Often, companies get stuck dealing with internal problems and focus their solutions on balancing the needs of different units. As a result, they use their valuable resources to improve internal processes that do not reflect the client's needs. I serve as a client advocate helping companies focus their change efforts to improve the customer experience and related internal processes, instruments, and metric systems. This is known as client centricity.

DIGITIZATION:
In today's modern world, it is difficult to imagine a transformation program that does not consider digitization. Digitization is no longer a separate discipline. It is an integral component of the customer and employee experience, efficiency improvement, and a key driver of innovation. It is also a critical instrument for real-time performance measurement. That is why I dedicate significant effort to helping organizations find digital technology tools to stay ahead of their competition.

about me

I have lived and worked in 4 countries: the USA, Russia, Germany, and Indonesia. Presently, I serve clients across the globe.
Most importantly, I am a people person. I dedicate significant time to coaching and talent development.
Today, I run my own consulting practice, which allows me to focus on client value creation through flexible and practical approaches. Currently, I primarily consult financial and high-tech companies. That being said, my proven methodologies apply to any industry.
I've been on both sides: I served clients as a New York based Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, and previously for Bain & Co and Roland Berger in Europe. I also drove change as a strategic leader in the banking industry. This unique combination of experiences provided me with a deep understanding of business and a wide range of management approaches.
My name is Anastasia Adizes, and I am your Partner in business development.
My mission is to help companies grow their business and improve efficiency through client-centered strategies and digitization. During my 15 years of experience, I have helped dozens of companies worldwide get tangible results.

INSIGHTS

Let's start by understanding how consulting has changed over the years. At first, consultants provided their clients with a multi-hundred-page presentation with all possible kinds of analysis and strategic recommendations. Read more
Accelerating modern consulting
Customer experience and customer success have been common in consumer industries (B2C) for many years. Companies carefully study customer needs by conducting qualitative and quantitative research, monitoring customer online behavior, and capturing upcoming churn triggers. B2B industries still lag behind. Read more
How well do you know your B2B client?
Salespeople sell what they know rather than what the clients need. They use personal connections rather than industrial or functional competencies to sell. Technicians do not know how to talk to customers. The production/ service delivery teams are siloed and hardly involved in sales. Does this sound familiar? Read more
